FB market scam, how do I get my money back?

I put my wheelchair for sale on FB and this lady DMed me she needs it. She paied the amount via zelle but I didn't receieve it. Then she said "yeah you have limit on your account" (huh?) and "check your mail box, you will have an email about this and call the number in the email right now"

so I called them. Some guy who has strong accent I couldn;t almost understand what he was saying, tried to explain what the next steps. -- pay 420 to no one.

Then again, Send zelle $420 to "Mark", and get an itues card for the same amount, $420. They told me that those money will come back after the lady gets my wheelchair.

They also asked me 800 for futher process, then I said no. because I didn't have that much money.

Then sent me FBI warning. WTF is FBI with zelle payment and why do they call FBI anyway, I just canceled or stopped paying?

then I laguhed, told them I'll call a police. But well, I was drawsy and dizzy at the same time i was doing it because of my health, and I already paid 420+420. How can I get these back?

Do you know anyway that I can get them back?

I already called my bank and zelle, but they're not sure if they can refund me.

Can I just offer a white hackers to attack them? Should I file a police report? (well I don't think it works though)
