Crossing crafts question

RCA for about 6-7 months now. I regularly stay under 40 hours per week to make evaluation, even when being scheduled 6 days. I was just instructed by management to go to another station because they needed help (not the first time) but this time it was to do a city route and at my station, not all rural routes were completed. Still many RCAs and regulars on the street delivering and I was instructed to do a city route (my 4th of the day - 3 rural routes I helped at my station). Is this able to be grieved? It may jeopardize my evaluation for the week but my only problem with it is that I assisted a city route, had it been rural I wouldn’t have had a problem.
