please help im stressed stream selections

so when i ranked the selections i put streams ahead that i thought were good in the moment but like im realzing way too late and lowk having a crisis rn becasue i realize that i really dont want the streams i put in 1 and 2 and i just want to know if i can switch into my third option if i end up getting ky seconf option? is it too late to email someone? i have way more than a high enough gpa for the stream i want now but its at third place..... is there someone i can email? is it too late? is it over for me? also if i get into the mangagment program do i have the option to switch into the normal one without managment? thank u
