Does my old flame have feelings for me???

We have a very long and complex history, yes we were romantic, we dated briefly in college but it didnt work out. He was absolutely head over heels for me , for about 8 years of his life maybe more, and I was equally infatuated with him but our parents got in the way everytime. We live in different states now, but we started talking again almost a year ago now and we went from texting 2x a month to now 4-6 times a month and our convos extend a few days. We both had partners so I would try to cut off conversation after a while. There are some things here and there that make me question this.

1. he has mentioned how he really enjoys talking to me
2. he asked me out of the blue if I saw myself getting married in the future to my current bf
3. he has reiterated how for a long time he didnt think he would ever get over me
4. he playfully jokes around with me ( yes I joke back)
5. he messaged me on his gf’s birthday… yes it was innocent but still that he thought of me on her day threw me for a loop
6. playfully talks about all the things he did to impress me when we were younger

Are the feelings resurfacing??? I am not going to lie I think they have for me but I dont know if I’m being delusional…. He has since broken up with his gf in the past month and I dont know what to think
