Buying a 2014 Lancer GT soon, looking for an easy stereo upgrade

My friend is giving me a good deal on his old 2014 Lancer GT since I need a car right now, and I have to go pick it up in Dallas and drive it up to Chicago. Doing a long road trip and also just owning the car, I want to upgrade the head unit to something that has android auto, will still work with the steering wheel buttons and backup camera, and to do the replacement as easily as possible.

What's a good model for what I'm looking for? Is this a standard double din size, so could I easily replace it with something like a Boss BVCP9700A? I know nothing about these models and cars generally so I appreciate your help.
