OGL having shipping issues?

I ordered on 5/18, got tracking on 5/27, and it has been pre-shipment since 5/25. A little worried as it’s been over 2 weeks, and I contacted their support Friday (5/30) and haven’t heard anything back. It’s been 15 days since I’ve ordered. It’s weird since it’s US domestic as well.

Has anyone else who order around this time having the same issues, or have had something similar happen?
