Help what came out of me!!

So I was having sex and when he pulled out this thick white little glob came out it was like really thick. I could mistake it for tissue paper and it scared me. I saw something in an r/fertile thread that had a picture and that ladies little glob looked like mine and someone said it’s just cervical mucus but I decided to come here also for context and more I for I just got my birth control shot 3 days prior, I got it a little late so I was cramping like I was about to bleed but didn’t then some old blood came out the day after sex so im a little concerned about that too (p.s I’m kinda new to Reddit so if this isn’t the place please direct me where)
