The curious case of ആയതുകൊണ്ട് - how do you know what it means?

Recently saw a sentence in a youtube video. "പ്രണവ് മോഹൻലാൽ ആയതുകൊണ്ട്.....". Clicked Youtube translator by mistake. It changed it to "because Pranav is Mohanlal...." instead of "because it's Pranav Mohanlal...". Made me realize that without knowing the full sentence, I don't know how to approach the sentence either. Is it "പ്രണവ് മോഹൻലാൽ ആയതുകൊണ്ട്....." or "പ്രണവ്, മോഹൻലാൽ ആയതുകൊണ്ട്....."?

When speaking, this differentiation is from the which word(s) we emphasize. But how do we know which word to emphasize when reading a sentence someone else wrote? Is it not possible, or am I ignorant?
