How to tell my friend I like her?

We hung out recently and she told me she’s not straight. She also gave me subtle hints saying that she she has a hard time differentiating between platonic love and romantic love, and also mentioning that her other friends have all had crushes on their friends before (perhaps hinting she’s the same way and also has crushes on friends???) BUT she did recently go on a date with a guy from Hinge, it’s not anything serious yet but maybe that’s a sign she doesn’t feel the same? I don’t want to risk ruining our friendship but I’ve liked her for so long and need to get it off my chest. What should I do!!!!!!!!
