Banned from star cabs

I got banned from galactic star cabs for suspicious behavior. I think it was because i tried to get to a planet the 1st time around 12 and they got back at 4 when I was i was asleep and the next day when they contacted me i was eating at the time i tried to tell him i was good now but i didnt get a reply and I woke up this morning to find my acc banned. Does anybody know what i can do to get unbanned
