Help me decide on a potential boys name...I'm only lukewarm on 2

Hello naming friends!

I'm pregnant with my first child! My husband and I are so excited! We are not finding out the sex so need both types of names ready to go for the babies arrival.

For girls, we've got it locked and loaded, either Cleo or Ivy. Both names have an emotional significance for us and we both love and agree on them whole heatedly. I currently love Monroe as a middle name and feel it goes with both.

For the boys, we like Radley and Leon but not overly sold on either. Radley sounds so cool but my husband is a big surfer so I worry it's to cliché and my husband knows a few leons who he likes (so there's no negative association) but would like something more unique. We have no idea about middle names for boys, we don't want a "family" name because we want the baby to have their own name.

Criteria:

We have a double barrelled surname W.....-H..... So we don't really want w or h names to avoid a potential mouthful

We both have the most popular name for the years we were born. I had 6 others in my school year and my husband had at least 4, we absolutely do NOT want the same for our child.

We're in Australia.
