Large family has many large trucks taking up visitor parking

Advice Needed

At my small-ish complex, all the units either have a garage or a car port with assigned spaces. The parking that is specific to each unit includes inside the garage and the space right behind the garage door, or in the assigned car port spot. There is a decent amount of non-designated parking for visitors or additional vehicles. The leases state there is to be one vehicle per lessee.

There are a few units which have two-car garages, which encompass a total of 4 "personal" spots for vehicles.

There is a large family here which rents out two of the two-car garage units, but have an obsense number of vehicles:

A Maserati, a new Ford bronco, an old Ford bronco, a new Ford raptor, a white Audi SUV, two GMC Sierras, two Chevy 3500 HDs, two large work trucks (similar to Ford F350 with work bed or box bed), a Ford f150, a Ford f250, and another couple I am forgetting. They also have a couple motorcycles.

The problem is that they don't use the garages and only use the spaces behind the garages and the undesignated parking for all their very large trucks. This limits parking for a lot of the other tenants, who are forced to park in the handicapped spots or in the fire lanes, or off the property altogether. This is quite frustrating since many of the tenants have just two vehicles and are forced to park in towable areas because of the number of giant trucks that take up all the space.

Do y'all think it's reasonable that I bring this up to the leasing office? Is there anything to be done here?
