milia?

Hi guys - back after a while and my PD has healed dramatically after many months of struggling. I don’t get pustules and huge red bumps anymore, it’s more just the shadow (scarring?) of what was once there. However, recently I’ve been getting milia in the area my PD once was really bad. I was so confused bc i thought it was pimples, but they wouldn’t go away with patches and other treatments. I tweezed it open and a little pearl thing came out. Has anyone else had milia after healing or anything similar?
