Swollen glands and cold-like symptoms?

Good morning everyone 👋 I jabbed Sunday night, ate very healthily yesterday and approximately 6 pints of water, mint tea and have woken up with a sore neck, swollen glands in my neck and feel quite grotty this morning. Anyone else? Many thanks
