[TOMT] Pop Song from late 80s/early 90s

Just saw a music video on MTV House of Pop, but I missed the title. The music sounded similar to upbeat INXS. It was an all male band, maybe 5 piece. The video itself was just the band playing the song in a sepia esque tone with occasional shots of color shown in the drawn lines over the video. Occasionally, the lines were words which I assume were the words of the song, but the words were "doin' it wrong" and I cannot find that lyric snippet anywhere.
