parant lang sa hiring process ng Pinas

23 F here, no backups, 3 years independent living since my dad died. DLSU grad and I work 2 jobs - 1 remote and 1 onsite. Currently has 300k+ savings. I pay for everything - rent, bills, and kung ano man, basta lahat.

I resigned sa first official job ko which is yung onsite work q (consultancy firm), rendering nalang ako right now. I love my workmates, tbh i just stayed longer becos of them. Nakakalungkot man umalis, but ik we are underpaid, and it’s a fam business so there’s no way up. I appreciate their counteroffer tho. Been applying to companies for more than a month or 2 months na ba, but wala pa ring job offer, attended lots of interviews na rin. I think mostly kasi ng recruiter prefer yung makakapagstart agad HAHA good thing I have my other online work kaya di naman masyado nakakapressure maghanap ng 2nd job, otherwise I wouldnt resign if wala akong backup.

ALSO, grabe yung hiring processes ng iba, bery tedious, 3 interviews then at the end di ka naman maoofferan. WORST, yung ibang recruiters, after youve invested so much time and effort, igghost ka lang (says enuf about their company’s system lol) 🙂

Ayun, today I have 3 interviews. Sana, kahit 1 don para sa akin na.

Nakakapagod man pero all the best sa mga applicants like me 😮‍💨
