Upgrade Help??

I am currently looking to potentially upgrade my GPU and possibly monitor to switch to 1440p gaming and get into cyber punk, any recommendations? My current card is a 2070 Super for reference and I have 64 gigs of ram and my current monitor is a samsung 32' smart tv that only gets 60 hertz so affordable good 32' 120+ hertz monitor recommendations would be nice, I am 16 and do have sustainable income but I would like to not spend too too much on a GPU
