Psychic message, lucid dreaming, or astral projection?

Last night I had some intense experiences. I went to sleep.. or so I believe and I woke up in a bathtub with a female narrator telling me that my friend is going to die and wants to know how and when but I must not tell him. I immediately began saying how and when he would die as if it were spilling out of me. I felt awake 100% and it felt incredibly real. I could feel the presence of people I could not see and I had a very eerie feeling. I was alone in that specific room though but sensed others near me.

I then switched into where I was inside of my room playing on my pc and something told me to turn around. I did and my ex boyfriend was lying on my bed and I thought “what the hell. We broke up. What is he doing here?” He seemed to be watching me gaming and seemed really sweet so I thought it was my chance to kiss him on the face and he smiled.

Then, I wake up. Or so I thought. I was in my room and contemplating my dreams and went to remove the cover from my head and did so I could check the time… my bed begins feeling like there are people jumping on it. Energy is shaking my bed but not uniformly. It’s in different directions and I don’t see anyone. I’m like “I’m still dreaming. I need to wake up.” So I close my eyes and then I awake in my bed the same position I was before I woke up.

I texted my friend and told him about my dream and where it was, etc., and what happens in it and he told me that he has been having a dream where he dies in that same way since he was 13 years old every year or so. We are both super spooked and I don’t know what just happened.
