Career Update

Discussion

I made a post in this subreddit a few weeks back. I've narrowed down my choices to getting my welding certification license, going to school for instrumentation, or just going with a barge company as a deckhand and working my way up. Like I mentioned, I'm 24 and I have experience working in refineries and welding experience (except TIG). I do bust my tail and I'm motivated to get into a better spot in my career. I live in Hammond currently but I've traveled for jobs before. I have my TWIC and OSHA as well. If anyone has any thing they would like to share I'd appreciate the feedback, thank you.
