couple days ago pc was running fine. I restarted my pc one day, And would go to yellow dim ram light on mobo and then turn off, then turn back on. Wouldn't even make it to bios nothing on screen just kept turning on and off after it hit yellow dram light. Was in a constant loop until I clicked the “clear cmos button” on back on motherboard. It would only work if I did that. It would let me get into bios, but that's it. When I try to boot. It will go through the cycle again. BUT. If I did a “boot overdrive” in the bios sometimes it would let me in and work normally. Most times would Give me blue screen. code would give me is “inaccessible_boot_device” which is weird because I already have done a fresh install of windows, it let me on my desktop for a while and when I turned it off again. The cycle started all over again. I'm running out of ideas.

Things I've tried

Xmp off and on

Updated bios

Wiped all drives clean

Took out cmos battery

Took out ram and changed ram slots

Loosen the cooler on cpu

Even checked the health of my drive and said it was good

Updated all drivers, even the raid controller

I have literally done everything. I really don't want to bring my computer to the shop. This isn't my first build. I know somewhat of what I'm doing. Just never had these issues in 10 years of building.

Pc boot/power infinite loop after it hits yellow dram light.  Only lets me into bios if I do a clear cmos on back on motherboard panel. Please help. Been going at it for couple of days trying to figure out whats wrong.
