Isabel at 0 vs Nishikawa at 0

Isabel is hitting consistently 160+ at 0 breakthrough but the highest is 177 of course mine highest with her, so Nishi also hits 160+ usually but his highest that i hit is 175, ALL OF THESE ARE WITHOUT ANY BUFF OR ANY OTHER ABILITY JUST RAW POWER, NO SANG, NO SARA.

So Isabel is on par in terms hitting power?.
