For the first time I am experiencing a dead fret/buzzing. It seems the first, second and partially third string are dead whenever sliding through/to them. Furthermore they are buzzing quite badly, ringing out almost a semitone higher by presumably by hitting the 6th fret, unless I push down much too hard for it to sound truly.

I suspect that the fret is unevenly levelled, being a bit too far down on the right side of the neck. I am not sure whether it is due to wearing down the surface, or because the fret is simply driven a little bit deeper into the neck on that side.

Perhaps it’s another issue? Never had problems until recently and not had any work done or anything lately, maintenance or otherwise that would affect my guitar beyond just wiping the strings or fretboard with a dry microfibre, sometimes with a little bit of white mineral oil barely dripped onto it. Can’t think of any reason other than perhaps I simply was fretting or drilling into bends with too much pressure while practicing a certain passage or section of a song in that area of the fretboard. Maybe I accidentally tapped it into my desk and didn’t realize the fret drove in as a result until a while after it happened.

I have included video of how it sounds and how the guitar looks from some angles and distances. I figured I can order a hammer for fret work and just lightly tap it down on the other side to level it— if it’s an issue of improper levelling? Or just take it to a tech, but my tech took almost two weeks when I got an initial setup, I would prefer not to be without the guitar for the while (only have acoustic otherwise).
