Is 50C hot in Windows?

I just built my first PC and currently in Windows installing some apps and drivers, core temp says that my CPU is at 50-55C, is it hot? My CPU is a 9700x, this is my first time so I don’t know if I put too much/too less thermal paste or installed any fans wrong
