Question For Drivers

Hello there. I was wondering if anyone could guide me in the right direction. My husband and I would like to team up and do the Spark driver service, however he's quite able to drive, but not able to do the shopping due to him being disabled and not capable of walking long or even going up stairs. So, with that said I'm not able to drive due to illness but I'm capable of doing what he can't. I tried to email support to see if I could get assistance with this question, but since I'm not a driver it didn't get thru to them. Would anyone know this answer or provide me a way to contact them to find out. Thank you.
