Can’t talk to or dismiss hireling

One of the hirelings seems to be broken, he can neither be talked to nor be dismissed.

I’m playing an honor mode run where I recruited Kree Derryck and sent him out on a stealing mission. He got caught and killed (happens). When reviving him with Withers he got „revived“ as dead (only his lootable body appeared). The dialogue option with Withers was still available, so I revived him again, which seems to have broken him.

Now he is just standing in camp with no option to interact with him. He can’t be dismissed because you need him in the party for that. His inventory can still be accessed over the character wheel / inventory.

I already unsuccessfully tried:

• killing and reviving him again
• restarting the game

Anyone knows this bug and has any idea on how to get my third hireling spot back?

The game is up to date, current patch 8 hotfix #31.
