Need help(KPMG India). Ghosted by HR after I asked for more fixed pay.

I have an offer from Accenture and I shared my offer letter with KPMG HR.I cleared both the technical rounds of KPMG India but in the HR discussion they are only increasing 50K per annum on my base pay of what I was being offered by Accenture. I asked for more and HR said that maximum they can give is 70K per annum along with 50K joining bonus. She said she'll discuss with the technical Director and get back but she didn't call me. Has she dropped the offer? Should I follow up? Any inputs will be helpful thanks.
