Will a marijuana card show up in Genisis ?

This is obviously something that I am not proud of, and I realize integrity is the best policy, but If anyone can give me a definitive answer it would be great. (This is a throwaway)

In 2018 I received a medical marijuana card but never used it. I believe my reasoning at the time was for sleep, so i’m assuming that if for whatever reason it DID show up in Genisis, that would be the medical association with the card.

Here’s my concern, if I recall correctly, I never gave any medical information to this random doctor. This was in California where pot is obviously very accessible, so it was ridiculously easy. I went to this random office in the city with a friend of mine and sat in a room, showed my ID and had a virtual consultation with a doctor whose name I didn’t even know. Never showed me insurance card, and talked to said doctor for what was literally 2 minutes.

Does anyone have any insight? I’m well aware that honesty is the best route so please don’t waste your breath
