Reps & Co. - Any thoughts on this company?

Hi everyone! I tried to apply for this company as a US Fulfillment Specialist. I have no experience as per their JD but still tried since its WFH. I received an email that they would like to consider my application and they gave me the FAQ and Job Description. Nakalagay po dun that I will be paid weekly without tax and other govt required deduction and health benefits. They did not state the range of the salary. Any thoughts po about Reps & Co.? if anyone here had experience with them.

I appreciate all the help, advises, tips and rants kung meron man po ☺️ It will help me po if it’s worth it po ba na subukan sa kanila since it’s a wfh position.
