Advice on First Penny Loafers

Hi Everyone, as the title suggests, this is the first time I am buying Penny Loafers and I need some hints.
I am living now in Germany, therefore a lot of the brands that are stated in this forum are not well known to me.

My daily drivers are usually just uniqlo black oversized tshirt and long pants. I want to incorporate a bit of 'dressy'-ness in my style, and that's where penny loafers comes in (usually its just a pair of white sneakers).

It would be nice to know what are you suggesting, that I can just buy from amazon or something like that.

Some of the criterias that I think are important:

1. Comfortable (this is my number one)
2. last long
3. not very bling bling

I am super open for some tips / experience / suggestion from the other members here.
