Im so much better but so washed.

My last peak was in summer of 2023 where i reached gc3 for the first time. Then i had to stuy for school adn stuff and got burned out and stopped playing. I had been playing rocket league on an old television with 60hz and like 50ms response time on my pc. 1 week ago i got a 180h monitor with 1ms response time and its a night to day difference. After like almost 2 years of not playing i played and got from champ 2 that the game put me in up to gc3 div2 which is is my new peak. Thats insane for me but if i had the mechanical skill i had 2 years ago i think ssl would be so ez. Im just so inconsistent right now and its frustrating for no reason. I am at my new peak but i know if i can play like i used to while having 180hz i can reach ssl easily. What are some good things to o to find my old skill?
