77 Credits at time of application

So i might’ve fucked up my chances.. I’m currently studying abroad so my semester is in progress. i’m in my junior spring and have 77 credits COMPLETED, but school websites say 90 must be completed for admission. does this mean I won’t even be considered if i apply?? I have a place holder on my official transcript for 15 credits but again, that is in progress. Please help, I wanted to submit today and since I am abroad I can’t even call the school.
