Deck Skin flickering at bottom of screen

So I just recently updated Cryptid, and I noticed that, even with the mods turned off, there's like...

The best way I can describe it is that the "skin" of a deck ((i.e the Red Deck, Blue Deck, etc. etc)) would briefly appear at the bottom of the screen, then disappear, and that only appears when selecting a deck to play. Is that normal for Cryptid, or nah?
