Degree Attestations for Visa Process

Hi,

I would sincerely appreciate it if anybody could please help me clarify the degree attestation requirements for the Saudi visa process.

From which places will I have to get my degree attested for the process? I am an Indian and have completed my degree in a Southeast Asian country.

From which places will I need to obtain the attestations for the visa process? Is it from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and the Ministry of Higher Education (MHE) of the degree-issuing country, as well as the Indian High Commission, the Saudi Cultural Mission, and the Saudi High Commission?

I am lost. Any response will be appreciated.
