Review Papers for Biology

Hi, I'm an undergraduate in the UK (just finished my second year) and i'm hoping to work on and perhaps publish a scientific review over the summer (Biological Sciences- something more into molecular biosciences). I'm completely clueless on how to begin even approaching such a task (like identify papers, structure my review around a key area etc)

would greatly appreciate any tips
