Paid for + and still booted due to high volume

I literally paid like 16 bucks and then got booted... Emailed support multiple times to NO avail. Not even a response except to say to reach out to support (like I am emailing you rn homie) What kind of scam is this lmao I'm literally gonna take it up with my bank...
