Offer Clash

So recently I have got 2 offers 1.Accenture (ASE)-on campus 2.cognizant (Genc)-off campus

Now I am confused to join, my seniors are telling that some of the new joiners are still on bench in Accenture and idk about cognizant ,can anyone help me out what to join and future guidance and what should I be doing ? And a small doubt What if I accept 2 offers and relieve one company ?
