Mean Girls Casting for school production: Would it be totally impossible for an east asian girl who doesn’t fit the beauty standard of the role (I'm 5'7'' and above 150lb) to be cast as Regina George even if the vocals and acting are there?

Let me just start off by saying, the director hasn't said anything about my looks, voice, or acting, but this is just a hypothetical: If by chance my acting and vocals are all there, what are the chances I'm actually cast? I just wanted to hear all your opinions...

also side note- Has there even ever been an Asian Regina?
