Pregnant again?!

I wrote in here a few days ago asking for advice if I might be pregnant again. I had a TFMR exactly 5 weeks ago and the last couple of days have started to get positive pregnancy tests again and positive ovulation strips three days in a row. Today my digital test progressed from 1-2 to 2-3 so for now I'm going to assume a new pregnancy! I can hardly believe that we conceived so quickly and actually was tracking ovulation NOT to get pregnant because my last pregnancy had a NTD (acrania) but all my ovulation tests showed negative. I'm delighted but absolutely terrified. I never stopped talking prenatal so I have been taking those since March 9th and started taking a higher dose of 5mg folic acid since 1st May. I'm worried that I haven't been taking enough folic acid (although the lower dose is in the normal prenatals). Trying to be optimistic but pregnancy after loss, especially TFMR is TERRIFYING. Can anyone share their positive sub pregnancy stories after TFMR (particularly interested if you conceived right away before getting your first period back) Thanks in advance!
