How much should I spend

Hey all, I currently have a gaming pc from 2018 built around a 2070 - it is old and tired. I want a new pc to play future fallouts, elder scrolls, stalker, atom fall, GTA6 all on ultra graphics ideally.

I was planning on a 5070TI, 9900xd (i think thats the right cpu name) with 2tb ssd etc etc.

Is this overkill? My laptop runs most new games on medium so considering its age and that the gpu is laptop sized im not sure.

Im happy to spend upto £1500-£1750 if theres that dream come true part, any advice?
