Why do the Norths Devils historically get the best future NRL talent?

I’ve noticed the Norths Devils in the Queensland Cup have had many strong NRL prospects. Quite a time ago, back when they were affiliated with the Storm, they had Greg Inglis, Cooper Cronk, Cameron Smith and Billy Slater.

More recently, they’ve had Reece Walsh, Herbie Farnworth and Jordan Riki.

My question is why do the Devils consistently get the best future NRL players? I feel like they get way more talent than teams like Wynnum Manly, Souths Logan, Easts Tigers and Ipswich Jets.
