Where/how does one look for mechanical engineer/welding engineer roles, if one wants to avoid the non-engineering roles?

I am trying to help the wife in the job search but I am fed up that 9/10 hits for "mechanical engineer" and "welding engineer" are completely irrelevant and recruiters call with irrelevant roles. She is a MEng with an IWE cert., no, we don't care about "parts engineer" roles that are really just a parts shop clerk, nor about "mechanical engineer" roles that are just assembly tasks, no training required...
