Am I hosed for the sideload scholarship?

Going to NSI very soon and applying for 3 year. (Really 3.5 because I need a small educational delay)

-3.8 GPA Marine Engineering (Not sure how much it counts because I am a CC transfer starting in the fall)

-As/Bs in Physics I/II and Calc I-III

-260 PRT

-Completely unaffiliated with the unit. They kind of know me because I did AFROTC for two years at the same host school and I got a really good letter of rec from my AFROTC advisor.

Mostly worried about that PRT. I am positive I had an undiagnosed stress fracture at the time I took it so that killed my run time. I get the general impression that they understand I was in good standing to continue in AFROTC.
