Project red/forge multipart issue

I'm having an issue in modded 1.7.10, trying to run a pack using the GTNH continuations of code chicken core and other mods, and I'm trying to run the pack with project red, whenever I launch that game it tells me that it doesn't have forge multipart installed, but I've reinstalled it 3-4 times at this point. Any help is greatly appreciated and I can provide more info which is more than likely needed
