Bleeding heavy >24 hours after sex

20F bmi 24. PCOS, fibromyalgia, getting assessed for endometriosis

I had penetrative sex for the first time. My gynecologist (who is on vacation right now) said I have an annular hymen and possibly a vaginal septum. She couldn’t even examine me.

So l don't know how but my partner got it in and we had sex for an hour and a half. It hurt but we kept going. ~16 hours after, I noticed a fair amount of oxidized blood. Like if I had just started my period. It stings kind of like a paper cut but there’s no visible tearing or anything. He used a condom and claims to be STI free. I’ve been having back pain, abdominal pain, and nausea but I also have FMS.

Now a little over 24 hours and I’ve started to bleed heavily. It is bright red. It’s been 9 days since my period and I don’t have any of my very regular symptoms like acne and breast tenderness.

Should I go to urgent care? I'm scared l've done permanent damage or something. Especially concerned it’s getting worse and not better.
