Is it possible to route RDNS through hotspot shield so I can change virtual locations?

I already had Hotspot Shield VPN for changing my virtual location. Is there any way to route rethink through hotspot shield so I can change my virtual location easily? I'm having a very difficult time comprehending the proxy system and I can not find any information on this.
