Switching to chem unit 2?

Unsure if this is a bad idea or not. I understand that it’ll be alot but will it really be that difficult to catchup on unit 1? The reason I want to switch is so I can have more options open (mainly pharmacy if i want it) and it aligns with my other subjects that are more science based too. I also do lowk feel like my subjects are basic and want something to balance them out.
