Passport application with FIR

Last year I was arrested by police and they warn me and released me.

But I checked on online. Police filed FIR on me under suo moto 35(i) bnss . While I checked for FIR status it was referred (further action dropped).

Now I need to apply passport. But I was scared that during police verification there Will be some issue or else during police verification my mother might know about FIR .

What will I do?
