Are migraines triggered by oranges🍊 real?

Ive been having this problem for as long as I can remember, and everyone I know calls me dramatic and that I am making it up, but whenever I happen to smell citruses, more specifically oranges, it tends to leave very painful migraines that lead to cluster headaches that I am unable to fathom.

Is this an allergy thing or can migraines truly be caused by this? I am aware it has a strong scent, and many migraines are triggered by strong scents.

Is this one of them? Is it more uncommon than fragrances? Planning to speak to my doctor about this once I’m back on health insurance.
