Hey developers, This goes to recruiters or senior developers.

I have not been getting callbacks or rejection emails. ( Linkedin-EasyApply is such a scam )

also applied to few company websites and didnt receive anything.

Review my resume and let me know what's wrong ( I know i need to step up but just want an entry level job for now )

Here's what i think i might be lying about in my resume:

  1. Celery, RabbitMQ : Used it initially in developement phase of the project , although is not present in the end product , recordings are transcribed synchronously as they get fetched by the api.
  2. Github actions : My team has integrated it in out workflows, i understand how they work but didnt implement them myself.
  3. First academic project in the resume : did not perform actual backtesting, but told chatgpt to create a backtesting report based on trades i made and profits i received in rupees.
  4. Java : used java to solve leetcode and back in august - 2024 but not anymore , have a little basic knowledge though.

currently earning 6k INR per month as an intern ( its brutal I know )

Im delving into creating mcp servers for a freelance client and trying to get into kaggle competitions for getting into actual machine learning, not just using huggingface transformers.

feel like quitting , feel like not quitting , still getting a hold of this , hoping for something.

At this point in my life where i want to work with a senior developer (don't have one in current internship), need some constructive criticism haha.
