Any advice for a first rave?

Hello, f22 going to Beyond Wonderland at the Gorge in a few weeks! This will be my first rave and tbh I’m not excited because I’ve heard a lot of bad things about this rave specifically and it’s too late to back for me.

I’m going with my best friends, and we’re camping. THE CAMPING SOUNDS SO SKETCHY NGL. I was on the sub Reddit for the gorge and it’s just stories about people getting robbed. We will have a guy with us though so it won’t be all females camping.

Does anyone have any advice for someone who’s going to a rave for the first time and staying at the campgrounds? My friend is well researched on rave stuff so we’re not going in blind, I honestly just need someone to convince me not to back out because I don’t want to disappoint my friends.
